Youth Development Specialist Full-Time
Duties & Responsibilities may include the following: Complete intake assessments for participants; Create and maintain participant files; Prepare training materials; Provide educational support, Character Development and Life Skills training to students in 3rd through 12th grades and their parents using our curriculum. Research and teach participants study skills. Provide educational support to students and parents. Plan parent and child engagement activities and events. Conduct skills assessment for participants; Complete required program reports; Provide documented case notes on participants’ progress; Provide refers to other community programs to address participants needs; Recruitment of participants.
Qualifications Required: Must love to work with and inspire youth. Have a college degree in Social Work, Teaching, criminal Justice or related Human Services field or experience working with youth or adults as a social worker, teacher, teacher’s aide, camp counselor, trainer, volunteer, or similar social service position. Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excell, PowerPoint, TEAMS) are preferred.

Family Specialist- Full Time
Duties & Responsibilities may include the following: Working with families to complete enrollment applications; Provide referral for services; Schedule appointments for participants; Track student academic progress; Provide regular communication with participants via email, phone, text or mail outs; Provide educational support, character development and life skills training to participants; Conduct research and submit purchase requests for curriculum and learning tools needed for participants; Help plan family engagement events; Provide case management support to the Youth Development Specialist; Recruitment of participants.
Qualifications: Must love to work with and inspire people. Have experience in working with people in a social services or customer service capacity. Excellent people skills are required. Computer skills, social media, and ability to create written communication is preferred.

IT Director- Part Time

Finance Director- Part Time
Duties & Responsibilities may include the following: Joshua Way of Hope, a nonprofit organization serving children and families in Hillsborough County, is seeking a detail-oriented Director of Finance to oversee day-to-day financial operations.
- Manage accounting using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Reconcile bank accounts, receipts, and expenditures
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor budgets and prepare monthly financial reports
- Complete grant reimbursement requests and maintain financial documentation
- Provide financial and administrative support to the CEO, CFO, and Program Manager
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with nonprofit and grant requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of accounting or nonprofit finance experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel required
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience with grant financial reporting preferred
